Its hard not knowing any of the details but realistically NG should have had an agreement with a bit more clout. Chillee pulling the cash at the drop of a hat has railroaded the company and put us in a very difficult position. Very hard to negotiate when the guys on the other side of the table know that if you dont reach a deal then the company probably goes under.
I know this is optomistic but Im hoping NG can raise the funds at 6 cents maybe 150million shares.
Massive diluton but better than losing the lot.
