    I'm not surprised we got involved with EF.

    SG saw a great opportunity present itself - and he took it.

    Good for him, and good for us.

    Strike while the Iron's Hot - as they say.

    I would rather GGP be led by someone with a proactive approach, as opposed to a "set in their ways" approach.
