Fair call Margi, but in this case I'd rather we had put all of our resources into the PB and nothing else. Already SG has had to go back to the market for more funds, issuing more capital notes in the process. My investment in GGP is based on the potential of the Permian leases, and I thought GGP management was thinking along the same lines when they divested some non-core assets earlier on this year. Evidently not. Perhaps SG was banking on some cash coming in from the JV?
