Speculating on whether SLR paid too much as some SLR holders may think or too little as some IGR holders think is just that ...speculation. I think that SLR's track record shows they don't pay too much for anything. The analysis that the SLR board were able to do far exceeds the superficial analysis that HC members are able to do. I believe that Les knows exactly what he has paid for and what value can now be extracted. Remember too that the SLR board own 12% of the company and they above all others wouldn't be diluting their capital unless they see greater benefits long term. The reason that SLR are so well thought of in the industry is primarily the quality of it's management. They make good decisions.
