Red Sky has also substantially reduced its expenditure commitments. It has relinquished permits PEL
467, 480, 481 and 482, as well as applications PELA 87, 90, 91, 94 and PELA 117-122. The Company has
also minimised its expenditure requirements in permit ATP 840 by reducing its interest in the nonconventional
gas rights to 25%. This permit, which is believed to contain a major basin centred gas
accumulation, is being marketed to potential farm-in partners.
How that equates to 18.75% i am not sure.
