Would you mind pointing out where you are seeing this? Is it in one of the quarterly reports?

I see a Morgan Stanley one for $13M on 3/1/13. You might be looking at something different from me.


Yes, I also think market conditions not helping anyone at present. Still if they continue to get debt paid down and gearing is heading below 50% by end of year at that rate, then the investment starts to be come safer and should close up its gap to NAV gradually (although the markets will probably continue to discount it).

I would rather have the money now, but I think we could be getting more later. Will be interesting to see how the next quarterly report due shortly reads.
