I do agree with the posters who believe in discipline. Personally, I would spit on her and see how she likes it.
At the same time however I think you MUST do the flip side of firm discipline which is love. I agree with Club-Sharer - get the child involved, praise her for helping - and I think you will see a turnaround.
Nigel Latta is the only 'child specialist' who seems to speak any sense to me. And he is also very funny!
