Bigbill, many years ago I was a largish RRS holder - I have a fair idea how this organisation operates and you'll note this in my posts on CCC. I have followed this crew in detail for many years.

I may have posted this before, but from memory, the RRS London address is the same as CCC's - they have brokers on side eg. Old Park Lane. They'll raise $10m easily IMO - the price is the query, and it may well be some months away - the formula is now to liquify London/Europe which will create volatility.

Truthfully, I would've thought they would've organised
London much earlier, but the commodity crash eventuated, which my have stymied future plans. They are no orphan there.

The balance sheet is very complicated, but if I keep it simple, it doesn't appear to too distressed at these prices, but I understand those who feel otherwise.

I may be wrong.
