what did you survive by holding at 8 cents.... anyone that holds so long that inertia doesn't allow them to see buy and sell signals regardless of whether you get it at the top or bottom is a doofus (technical term for a holder frozen by fear of selling in case it goes higher).... if you bought at 8 cents then you'd have a ten bagger and be patting yourself as its probably only going to go up from here... as for your suggestion that LYC are holding up the issue of the TOL because they can't satisfy the conditions...... please someone come and hit me with a rattan cane a dozen times for my disbelief in this ridiculous statement.... buy buy buy
