If nothing else, putting an 0.1c buy in the queue now and then patiently waiting means you'll be near the top of the queue once it builds back into the 100M's.
There's bound to be occasional smaller sells down into 0.1c over the coming week(s), so putting the order in now will leave you with a chance I'd bet :)
