Hi Illiquid,
I have a lot of appreciation for your considered opinion, and your "say it like it is" philosophy, the balance this brings to discussion is invaluable.

Something that troubles me is that all the so called industry experts keep carrying on about supply-demand dynamics 2-4yrs hence, yet no credence is given to the financiers also taking such a view? Surely this is more than a few ramblers opinions...perhaps it's even a consensus opinion?

I'm not au fait with the ins and outs of financing such a capex deal, but surely there would have to be a risk-reward bias that might entice an investor to put up the capital now....even at a spot price of $50ish.

Deep contemplation into the 3rd glass of vino now....:)
