Copper - I have a different view. I dont think he knows because the only rational explanation forthe delays is because Najib hasnt decided when the election will be and until he decides that, he wont decide on any TOL issue date that might interfere with his choice. Like you , I am sure that NC has had very firm assurances that the TOL will issue and has probably been given some understanding of a timeframe. I doubt very much whether a date has been given though, given the uncertaintly about election times. Moreover, the election time is up to the decision of one person who is most unlikely to share his views with the CEO of an Australian company that is somewhat of a political issue.
