You cant compare MGO to sdl,MGO proactively nurtured a partnership,not with one entity but two.
NFC and the PNG government through Petromin.
sdl went for the lowbrow approach,what did you expect?
Cap raising,possibly,but dont forget Petromin have to pay MGO 30 percent of all costs todate.
Theres daylight between MGO and sdl come up with a better example,or dont bother.
