I may be niave, but I find it impossible to imagine the project could get this far without someone in BTR having a "back of an envelope" idea that the resource could be mined profitably. Assuming I'm right I expect the scoping study to be positive. The issue then becomes "how positive". There's around $15 billion worth of copper in the ground proven at Mumbwa. If it costs $10 billion to dig it up and ship, that leaves $5 billion to distibute to long suffering shareholders which is a a little north of $40 a share. That's my back of the envelope estimate. Let's see how close I get. DYOR etc.
