The technical picture improves with each day. The close of .092 Friday was the highest daily close since the .092 on the 21st March, and the highest weekly close since last June. The weekly MACD has just crossed up into positive territory on the up for the first time since October 2011.
The steady climb has ensured that the price has not exceeded the daily Bollinger Band, although on the weekly it has just exceeded it.
