There is a reason I'm not documenting fundamentals here yet. It is too early - let the trade play out and people make their money and decide their positions.

I personally don't think that anything written on HC affects price. And I know of examples to prove that, where I have released price sensitive info here before companies have. However many soft souls do believe hotcopper affects price and it is pointless battling with them.

The whole reasoning behind my commentary is that the company has told as nothing, but as Oslo suggested the Cal DOE tells us everything. I'm just merely pointing out some of the fundamental info that is available and factors that may or may not be worth looking at and considering.

If you want to call that down-ramping, well then fine, but on that basis I doubt you'd last long in this game if you are a value trader.
