I don't automatically rule out holding other stocks these guys are associated with, but depending on my perception of the board member's personal culpability, it's a pretty big negative in any future investment.

JB in particular has proven himself, IMO, untrustworthy, with his constant reassurance that all is well and we just need to wait for X, Y or Z.

The irony is that until less than 12 months ago, he used to be a board member of AOH, which is a company that has a very effective MD and has consistently delivered on its promises.

So seeing JB or PL on a board as a non-exec won't automatically be a deal breaker for me... but the rest of the company would have to be a pretty darn good prospect. OTOH if they're executive... probably off-limits as far as I'm concerned.

In other news, my CCC parcel just dropped under $500.
