I am thinking of investing with BLR. I think this article is good in that even though there is conflicting bias, it poses some early questions of the technology which I am sure BLR can address promptly without issue. With any technology untested in a large commercial sense there is going to be nay sayers. Better to answer the potential complaints early even if they are ridiculous. Like Buc says, the TAC are not everywhere so there is huge potential for this to work in other areas while the local issues are dealt with.
