i said hope,so as to come across all big headed like i know it all but obviously i dont base it on hope, or on limited insight either old mate.
the central banks are also of the opinion its going up too, and i doubt they care much for hope
its been a long annoying wai and i have had moments of self doubt, but i am still confident.
