what's going to put a rocket under blr?

Just posting a question which i suspect everyone is pondering. I just wondered what it takes to move BLR upwards in this current market climate.

I also wonder what will make BLR stand out for investors to pour their money in this penny stock. there are so many beaten down companies out there. Why , Who when, how and what will make the share price move.?

There has been gazillion presentations on BLR . what will make the difference?
