Simple, if that other poster had any real information we wouldnt be having this discussion right not, because none of us would have any CTP shares, CTP was taken over for 0.45c a share.
(this obviously did not happen, but that OP said he had on good authority it would happen. This was early 2011 the first time I heard it)
