One possible answer to that is that as our chairman has prematurally public favoured a chinese option, that other player might percieve it a waste of time and money to persue while this chairman seems to be an agent for Chinese interests.
All in my opinion of course.
We the owners should be seriously considering a change of chairman to signal to the market that all options are on the table. Thereby increasing our chances increased value.
IMO.
