we have the following challenges

- the company has no clear direction
- Management is quite unexperienced and without a leader (CEO)(apart from Richard nobody has knowledge about the Ti/V project, from Anthony`s mail " The Board are undertaking a review of all the Speewah projects and I will be contacting the Oretek people in coming days to better understand the status of technology and our opportunities to be able to move things forward")
- they could not generate interest in the Ti/V project because of some issues.....
- not much money in the kitty
- apart from Ti/V only grassroot projects without any Jorc Resource
- lost investors confidence

If the current management is not able to solve these challenges we `ll see much lower prices in the near term
(that´s just my own opinion)
