having security usually only comes into play in case of default. So with the note issue, this and the deals to come (hopefully) PDN is financially looking ok. Hopefully looking out a year the U price will give PDN a boost also.
I have to give credit to a1, who a couple of weeks ago, when the thread was beseiged by a couple of naysayers who mostly indulged in one liners, stood up and gave better responses than were deserved!
