SP I did a partial switch a few days into IGR so have watched it closely over that time.
It seems to be trading at a 1c discount for most of the time since then so probably should be closer to 44.5 right now based on the pattern of the last few days.
A little surprising that it needs any discount at all considering the odds of this being voted down are probably around zero and there is some small (but possibly more significant chance) of a competing bid offsetting that risk.
I did the switch at a 1.5c discount in expectation of seeing the discount evaporate and hoping it might even swing to a premium at times (if so I will consider switching back). See what happens.
