re: Ann: Appendix 3Y - Change of Director'... Southoz your right shorting a spec that has run hard is normaly the way to go but also shorting stocks that are down and out and that i see no future for is also a sensible short play aswell, especially when they are about to raise capital.
Going long would be on hope and betting, going short would be an educated decision based on current and past performance.
