I emailed the company, and yes, there is a significant funding gap.

They need $77.6M. Deutsche will be providing a $42M loan facility, and how they're funding the remainder is "still to be decided".


Honestly, I'm not sure how they'll come up with another $35M. The last capital raising wasn't exactly encouraging, so any more would require massive discounts and finding it in debt funding might be challenging (with subsequently higher rates).
