I think your right the share price is always played with or managed until all the chickens are out of MNM and generally after that happens, it has a big spike up.
I have been watching MNM for 3 years now and can't beleive the potential.
Whether the JORC is 1 billion or 2 billion is irrelevant as you can't possibly dig it all out and sell it anyway.
This should be worth 30c to 50c right now, surely the current market cap should be around $80 to $100m as it stands.
What this needs to take off is some concrete information of the plans moving forward. The potential for upside is huge.
I think who ever it is that is controlling the price is happy to do so but I guess management won't want to sell to many cheap shares for the $10m they can borrow?
The track record of mgmt suggest they are very good at controlloing dilution of this stock
