I think Mr Windsor is a very poor individual who is in parliament under false pretences. However he has a point.
I don't think Australia should be ahead of China, India or the US in spending on the risk of AGW. I believe this is also the position of the majority of Australians and Liberal MPs.
So why is some dim witted Liberal shadow minister talking about ratifying Kyoto V2 ?
