price down so much are likely to be manipulate not for fair current company value and fundamental. but for other purpose.

1. to deliberately lower market cap.
2. some entities are getting out (40 mils sold out in 10 days but too much? the biggest shareholder Van Eck is still holding tight to their shares)
3. cap rising is out of question and not the prefer option for the management. (so this can not be justify as excuse/cover for sale off)
4. funding is ok at this moment with cash flow plus debt facility to support the expansion if it is approval. (so this can not be justify as excuse/cover for sale off)
5. we are still far from fund starvation.
