Surprised me...
It was obvious stock was being taken out of the float...but last time I checked HHM had just $190k cash in the bank?
They must be borrowing to buy these shgares...or have some other access to cash I am not aware of.
This is a fascinating development...HHM are re-structuring, have no cash and my guess is they will want to offload these shares as a large block at some point...perhaps to a much larger suitor and at a much higher price, once results have come in?
Results will clearly be very good.
Key question might be therefor...what price will they be looking for?
The aspect of course is that a huge slice of the free-float has just been locked away...and that is how prices rise!
Cheers!
