Timmy, seriously you are talking rubbish. Get your facts straight.

    1. Out of the money options. Anyone who holds them and has paid any substantial price for them (they were selling for 8-11c not too long ago) has two choices:

Option A: let them lapse come December and guaranteed lose all that money they paid for the options, or

Option B: pay the exercise price of only 1.5c to convert them, and then hold on to the shares until they are ready to sell.

As long as they end up selling the converted shares for more than 1.5c at some future date they will be better off than if they had let them lapse.

    2. Cash. The company has $18M cash, no debt, and producing 300boepd. There are many small cap oilers who would love to be in that position. So when you say "the company is almost out of cash" get a grip on some perspective there - yes low on cash relative to having had $73M cash 18 months ago, but not low on cash relative to many other small cap oilers.

And yet the company feels it has sufficient cash to go out and add another asset to its portfolio. Not exactly the act of a cash-strapped company.

    3. No more wells. You mean apart from Prairie Falcon, Clipper and the 2 Nth Stockyard infill wells? So only another 4 wells that are in the planning and/or permitted stage right now.

    4. What is going to stop the SP from drifting lower? This is about the only part of anything you have said today that has made sense to me - and it is a question. Not only a valid question but the right question to ask.

And the answer to that question is most obviously the results of the two wells we are still waiting on final results for - SOA2 and Defender. If one or both are successful, the SP will improve. If both are unsuccessful, obviously the SP will slide further and not recover until some new wells are drilled and are successful.

Nothing else will improve the SP right now (imo) - with the possible exception of an announcement that Samson has entered into a farm-in agreement with someone of the calibre of CLR to operate the drilling and completion of the next wells.

Btw ozwell, on the downside I should point out on the chart to you that before the 1c level there is a very solid 3c level to be tested first. That is the next technical support level if 5c falls over. Maybe you should have another look at your chart you seemed to have missed that one.

    Cheers, Sharks.
