If ORL receive $30mil from PRL I doubt they will leave it in the bank earning 5%. They flagged expansion in Asia and capital initiatives. They have a high ROE and ROA so reinvesting that money into the Orl brand makes sense to me. What do you all mean about selling orl at David jones? In chermside there is an orl store and it is close to David jones which also sell the oroton brand. Myer doesn't sell oroton just DJs. Orl had problems in the past when Sally took over and I back her to get them through this. I am prepared to hold long term a couple years at least to see the share price recover and hopefully continue to receive a good dividend while I wait. Yes it's bad news but its a good company with good management it will recover. We should see record earnings again in the future.
