so it is not controvery at all
also did you note, in the interrogation by slater and gordon, that she was the only one with access to certain files in that office....that no other partner or employee had acess

and this reply in the same story... She stated in the interview that she "was not involved in opening or operating any bank accounts for the association," Mr Styant-Browne said.
yet there is an affidavit stating,with confirmation by herself, that she did in fact assist in opening the bank accounts...
but slater and gordon did not need any further excuses to dump her...so her replies were meaningless... not necessarily taken at face value
