Absolutely thrilled by this merger and what lies ahead.
Without it IGR would probably still be in the low 30s with the prospect of a huge cash burn continuing into 2013.
With the two Boards having agreed to the merger and the merged entity to be run by the SLR Board, I don't think it's stretching the imagination to suggest that SLR right now is having a significant overseeing role in the running of IGR imo.
