My thinking is we are going down further yet before the golden goose lays the golden egg. This of course may be an opportunity for those who will accumulate. Now, if you are a long term-er you will grit your teeth and say to yourself you will bear the pain before the gain. I have been here for over 4 years now & have averaged down so that I am able to take a hit and say "who gives a stuff"? But, during that time I have had a number of occasions when I have said should I stay or go? (This is based on my bad experiences when I should have taken a profit in a stock; eg MAK bought at 20c - why didn't I sell at $2.70?) Then I have looked at the massive upside for those here who can see the bigger picture. Do we have resources? Is it worth anything? Does it have support from those with deep pockets?(For example those companies behind Exergen). Does it have any government support, like in " we need projects that are going to increase employment". Is this the only string to our bow? (No, we have black coal, etc and a proven JORC in gold, and if you believe in the gold story then MNM has a beautiful story unfolding in Q'land that is worth our present market capitalization in that resource alone- IMHO) Management, are they any good? Too right they are, with bells on - take a bow IK. Look, many will say yes I think the picture down the track could be good for this stock but for now I am going to sell & take a profit and buy back in when it starts to really take off. OK and all the very best to you but really when it begins the rocket performance will you be back on board in time? Whatever, and so the story unwinds, slowly & inexorably. Tread your own path and do not be discouraged by those who may think differently for in the end we are all different in the way we approach this (hopefully) golden goose story. For my part I will hold, accumulate if the price goes down further and hope to hell I am right. Yes, my blind faith may lead me to an early financial grave but the thrill of it all if I am right? (Notwithstanding the financial prerogative of being able to say " See, I told you so"). Anyway,I wish everyone luck - those who sold, and those who hold.
