At this grim situation one has not to get panicked, keep a cool head and calculate the odds.
My assessment is that the TOL will be received within 3 months maximum. Meanwhile the SP could have max decline of 15 cents. This will bring the SP to 60 cents at worst case. So the chances are to loose 15 cents per share max.
If the TOL arrives the SP will jump minimum to $1.00. So the expected gain is 25-40 cents per share. So the odds are in favor of waiting IMO. DYOR.
