That was the important part of the announcement, so we should know the story in the next week and a half.
All about the capex IMO, but the thing I like is they already have some support out of Japan and Singapore on the registry, and the top 20 hold 59%, so the effective free float is reasonably small IMO.
HAS has been unloved for the past 12 months (although has held up better than many juniors). The SS will be a key announcement, so GLTA.
