its developmental, as Chevron owns the field nextdoor and has oil coming from its wells.

The thing OM didnt mention was that this is not a case of drilling success (as its not technically a 'duster' already) but a case of economical success.

The oil is heavy crude and in the past has needed a lot of working to get the oil up, the main key to this well is what flowrates will we get and how much workover will we need to keep it flowing... i.e. is it economical oil.
