    Hi Alex,
    Change of direction (read meaningful aquisition) and or change of management required.
    The market's no longer buying the current course of direction.
    I don't believe the lower it gets the more attractive for take-over either. The majors had the best opportunity to by OZ as a distressed asset 4 years ago and they didn't put their hand up then..

    If they continue on the same course there will be more of the same imo.
