if you had a working vanadium mine in the back corner of your ranch, and perhaps it wasnt even registered.. (they, the many vanadium mines there, dont sow up even on the 2003 report i posted earlier..) i doubt the farmers were anything less than hostile, which is how they were described.. the current farmers are far better to deal with and now sbr has had access to all parts of the permit area, its been able to make the amazing discovery of kaskara target with the guidance of a geologist douglas haynes. and for those that dont respect him as a geologist then read the following link..

but i think if i recall the events rightly, that an airmag may have passed overhead a while ago, and that airmag may have drifted south somewhat ;-) that was many many moons ago, which imho caused some long term scratching around at guchab i believe.. the eventual combining of the permits with sbr i feel was based on more than a hunch imho, i think they really do value the permit and its potential..
i hope i am recalling events in the right order.. but i think thats how guchab came under notice..
