I heard from an unreliable source that tomorrow, 3.45 local time, a major announcement may be made by ....(can't reveal exactly who, privelidged uninformation) regarding the tol. Said the news was to be good, maybe.
Another also unreliable source said Tol announcement to be made 1st April next year.
I don't know who to believe. IMO
IMO = get out clause, you can say anything you want and say it was only an opinion. But that's just my opinion. Worth = zilch, still.
