    by stop loss i mean have in your mind a loss percentage which when hit you will bail in any case no matter what.....

    what have i learned from Lynas? never love a stock and dont' get greedy......a few times i could have locked in a nice profit in my lynas positions....but kept holding out for the big one......

    also buy and hold as a trading strategy is bloody risky!
