Monash are not waiting for DFT. Monash are waiting on funds from their lenders (remember the Euro story?) Let's not try to sugarcoat this farce and make up stories to console ourselves.
Coldry = Best BC Drying Tech in the world Monash = Full of promises and missed deadlines ECT = Rabbit in the headlights waiting, waiting... Credibility = 0 for all of the above if no DFT by October.
This is why the SP is 1.5c. Nobody believes Monash has the funds and nobody believes the DFT will get done as a consequence of lack of funds. If it ends up that Monash do not transfer the funds and ECT looks elsewhere for funding, then this should be seen as a monumental failure on managements part in terms of carrying out due diligence and fulfilling their duties as gate keepers of the company.
Time will tell but the credibility counter is fast approaching zero as the days go by.
