etherazer, to explian how the CT works in addressing emmisions from the use of fossil fuels I would have to explian basic economics princibles then pigovian taxes.
Thats not something I would attempt to do via a forum such as this but I will point out that leading economist agree that a CT/ETS is much more effective, cost less for the goverment & public the objective than a direct action plan which abbott proposes. DYOR & get back to me if you have evidence that suggests otherwise.
