Why on earth would the board wave the vesting conditions of employee options?
The whole point of the vesting condition is to retain key staff with long term incentives. Why issue them if not for this purpose? That is why they are called LTIs.
I have said it before of this board and can only repeat it again.
Dumb, dumb, dumb.
The assets perform in spite of this board, not because of them.
"rationalizing the capital structure"?
Clearly they serve hard liquor at these meetings.
