    Some of the drop in Toll Holding?

    Uncertainty in Oil Prices
    Lease comittments >1yr
    Drought effects on a low margin business
    Ability to weather the storm.
    No sign of buybacks?
    Company anticipating troubled times?
    Operating costs...lots of exposure? How controllable are they?

    Price to book..4.5 .

    would like this lower before I would buy into the stock.
