I understand what you are saying, however believe as the company draws nearer to mining the bulk testwork results will become accepted as the norm rather than the exception when compared to the jorc.
The jorc process in relation to Rocklands NCu ore and subsequent shortcomings with both RC and DD has been widely discussed. This has all been done under the close scruntiny of the ASX.
The fact remains based solely on jorc numbers they would never in a million years have secured level of funding and support to this point.
I think we have to give a stronger weighting to the in-house data. Unfortuntely the catch is CDU could never publish this as it would fly in the face of jorc and ASX regulations.
At the end of the day mining will be the only way to clear the air. They are well on their way and if Ncu ore actually starts running through the crusher early next year, some clear facts will be apparent once and for all.
