    re torchlight theres been a lot going on in Nz and its not good for investors.Securities commision is looking at various transactions, involving PGC on the NZX.Maybe other companies linked in with questionable practices too Upshot is, the entity is heading Ausatralias way as certain people depart business in nz to increase their footprint in AUS. Every reason to be aware.
