I'm a long term holder. I am delighted with the share price. When good things happen I confess to waiving a pom pom or two.
It has just been my observation that negative commentary is shouted down on this site.
I grant you some folks do carry on, but, I urge any shareholder in any company to critically review announcements and think about what they mean.
Does anyone believe that arbitrarily waiving the vesting condition on employee options makes a jot of sense? These LTIs are intended to be golden handcuffs. They are not going to work if you hand over the key.
If it makes sense to anyone, then I welcome a discussion of the logic. This is surely a better use of the forum than blindly cheering without understanding.
